Can I install plugins and mods?
Yes. Install Paper, Purpur or Spigot for plugins, or Fabric, Forge or NeoForge for mods, straight from the panel. Upload plugin and mod files through the file manager or SFTP, or load a full CurseForge or Modrinth modpack with the one-click installer.
Can I change the Minecraft version?
Yes, at any time. Pick a different version or a different server type from the panel and restart. Take a backup first if you're moving to a newer version, since worlds can't be downgraded once they've been opened on a newer release.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade from the panel or send us a message and we'll move you up. Your world, plugins, settings and subdomain stay exactly as they are. Only the RAM, CPU and storage limits change. Downgrades work the same way.
Do you back up my world?
Every night, to off-site storage. Once a month we restore a real backup to a fresh server to confirm it works. You also get 5 on-demand backups you can take and restore yourself from the panel at any time, which is worth doing before any big plugin update or world change.
How do I connect?
Your server gets an address like yourname.dsnservers.com. In Minecraft, go to Multiplayer, click Add Server, paste the address and join. Share the same address with your players. No port number needed.
Can I get a refund?
If the service isn't working for you in the first few days, contact us and we'll sort it out. The full terms are in our refund policy. Plans are month to month with no contract, so you can cancel any time and your server stays online through the end of the period you've paid for.
